hmm , let's have a look on the ingrediants first
we need :
1 pack of pasta ( any choices )
1 bottle of ketchup
1 can of tuna ( best if in olive oil )
1 pack of frankfuthers or sausages ( sliced/cubed )
1 can of button mushroom or mushrooms of your choices ( sliced/cubed )
tomatoes ( sliced/cubed )
onions ( slices/cubed )
and some flavouring ingerediants such as : sugar , salt , parsley flakes etc.
put a certain amount of pasta into the boiling water
*add in few pinch of salt to fasten the cooking speed of the pasta and to add flavour to it too
you may also bend the pasta into half if it doesn't fit into the pan XD
while waiting for the pasta to be cook , you may carry out the CHOPPING work on the other ingrediants
this is the look of a well-cooked pasta
a well-cooked pasta should look like this
leave the pasta for later usage in a bowl or a container filled with water
you may also replace the water by adding butter into the cooked pasta
this is to prevent the pasta from clumpping up
now , for the sauce
draw out some olive oil if you're using tuna which are chunks/flakes in oil
if you're not , you may replace it with cooking oil instead
let the oil to heat up in the pan
next , add in the onions first
stir fry forth and back
after that , add in other ingrediants such as sausages etc
tomato should be added after all of the ingrediants are added into the pan
keep on stir-frying it back and forth
when it's half-way cooked , add in the tuna
slightly stir fry them again
next add in a sufficient ammount of ketchup
add in some boiled water to make a sauce look out of it
stir it till well mixed
last touch , add in few pinch of pepper , sugar , salt and parsley flakes to flavour it
leave it to boil for a while
lastly , add the sauce onto the pasta
now you're ready to bite onto your spaghetti
