it's so easy to put on weight but it's SUPREMELY hard to put off weight !!!
manage to put away 5 kg since the day i started diet-controlling since the pass half year ago

lately school-ing time changed into morning session
often stay back
during stay back-ING my mouth just cant stop chewing thingz
put on 1kg again !!!
time to stop
tommorow onwards
i allow myself to have only breakfast and 'lunch-ner' ( lunch + dinner )
no more snackz no more dinner less meat more vegetables and fruits !!!
